All health and treatment-related advice is provided only during a formal consultation. If you have health concerns or need personal medical guidance, please book an appointment.

Renee West provides professional naturopathic care, which may include:

  • Flower essence readings and interpretations

  • Metabolic Balance® program facilitation

Recommendations are based on the information you provide during consultations. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is honest, accurate, and up to date.

3. Consent to Care

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that naturopathic care is a complementary health service. You agree to take full responsibility for any decisions made regarding your health and wellbeing based on information provided during consultations.

4. Telehealth Services

Telehealth (online or phone) consultations are available for clients unable to attend in person. These sessions are subject to the same standards of care, confidentiality, and privacy as in-person appointments. You are responsible for ensuring a private and quiet environment during your telehealth consultation.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate health information

  • Following your agreed treatment plan

  • Notifying your practitioner of any changes to your medications, supplements, or health status

  • Seeking urgent medical attention from your GP or emergency services when required

6. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Consultations must be booked in advance via the online booking system, email, or phone.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

  • If you are late to your session, it may be shortened to accommodate other clients.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or the end of your consultation, depending on the service.

  • No refunds are issued for completed consultations.

  • Refunds for prepaid packages, functional testing, or product purchases will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal and health information shared during consultations is kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and relevant health records legislation.

9. Supplements and Products

Supplements, herbal products, or flower essences may be recommended based on your individual needs. Please follow instructions carefully and contact us promptly if you experience any side effects or reactions.

Product and supplement recommendations provided during consultations are individualised and intended solely for the client for whom the consultation was conducted. They are not suitable for use by other individuals, even if symptoms appear similar. Please do not share prescribed products or protocols with others.

10. Results and Expectations

Clients consistently achieve powerful and lasting results when they fully commit to their treatment plan. Naturopathic care works, but it requires your active participation.

I don’t offer quick fixes, but I do offer effective, evidence-based strategies that get results when applied correctly. If you follow the advice provided, take your prescriptions as directed, and communicate openly throughout your care, positive outcomes are not just possible, they are expected.

Your results are a direct reflection of your commitment to the process.
